  Charges are determined on an individual basis and laid out before we begin work. We don't believe in hidden charges or basing our rates on a minimum, then approaching you later for additional funds. Our payment terms are flexible and include prepayment, credit terms and installment accounts for approved clients. Please contact us to begin the easy approval process!

Q.  What is your design style? What is the process like for designing a web site?
  As a full-service agency, CrowdConnect employs designers with expertise in all facets of industry - from entertainment to retail to nonprofit. Our style is a completely custom design that will differentiate you from competitors and secure you results, not win us awards. The design process is always professionally managed by your dedicated Account Executive, for your own ease and peace of mind!

Q.  What is your minimum charge? Do you handle small jobs as well as large ones?
  There is never a minimum charge or a "quota" at CrowdConnect, however we do advise clients to expect to spend a minimum of $1500.00 for a professionally-designed website for their business or group. Sites with multiple pages, ecommerce and/or interactive cabilities augment this cost.

Q.  What is the typical turnaround time?
  We aim for four (4) to six (6) weeks but are happy to work with you to meet any special turnaround requirements. In some cases, same-week turnaround may be available.

Q.  How do you handle change requests during the design process and after the site goes live?
  Designing an online presence for your business is a multi-step process that naturally lends itself to occasional changes. We anticipate this by naturally building time into our agreements to accomodate these needs; we'll also take you through a staging process before your site goes live to eliminate revisions after-the-fact.

Q.  Can you assist with hosting and/or hardware technology requirements?
  Absolutely - we'd be honored to host your site on our very own server. This also affords you the benefits of our professional site management team, constantly guarding against malicious attacks, optimizing site files and eliminating excess downtime. Also ask us about our integration options with outside business systems.

Q.  How do you charge for your services?
  Per project, per hour or on a retainer basis - whichever is the best fit for the client. Payment plans are also available on select accounts!

  Past and current clients include the City of Philadelphia, Knight Ridder Digital (now McClatchy Co.), May Department Stores (now Federated/Macy's); NJ PACs as well as numerous others. Prior to starting the agency, Founding Partner Patrick Diogenia served as Director, Communications / Senior Event Producer for the City of Philadelphia, serving clients such as MAC Cosmetics, Comcast and IKEA.
