The deposit for services is nonrefundable due to the level of service we provide. If your event date is to change we will continue to serve your wedding planning needs. If you are not happy with our serivces incentives will be discussed at that time.

Q.	What are your qualifications? Have you been professionally trained or certified?
Our wedding planners are degreed and certified in the event management industry. They come to you with a wealth of experience and we have many clients to attest to that. We are porfessionals DIVAs and skilled in what we do.

Q.	How many weddings have you planned?
We have planned to date 1,325 weddings and/or special events. We have been in business for 9 years.

Q.	How do you assist in planning a wedding? What services do you provide?
Here are some of our sample services: Find you the perfect location and vendors for your event. Provide a step by step itinerary to all involved with the event. Design a budget that reflects your desires. Help you to relax and enjoy your special day by providing full event management.

Q.	Please describe the entire process you recommend, including before, during, and after the wedding.
Making sure you pick the perfect wedding planner that fits with your personality, allowing them to service you fully and keep you on track and relax and enjoy your special day. We will provide a detailed wedding workbook upon contract.

Yes. We will provide you with a vendor list for all your needs based on yur budget and specifications.

Q.	Do you get a "kickback" from vendors?
No. We work with valued vendors who pass any potential savings to our valued clients. Majority of our vendors have excellent prices that fit with al of our valued clients.

Q.	Can I afford a bridal consultant?
Yes all services that wedding planners provide are within your affordability no matter what your budget is.

Q.	What are your rates?
For full coordination service we charge 20% of your event budget. For day only coordination we charge from $750.00 to $1,500.00 depending on your budget, needs and level of service for your event. For packages not desribed we charge anywhere from 10%-15%. Please see website for package descriptions.
